We have a flate at Sonigara excluzee.there was a havy leakage in flate Their construction quality is worst.they just want money after that thy will not consider you.If you have a pure money.. don't ever buy any projectsfrom sonigara builders.

I bought 2bhk here.

Flat is good.Ready to move.even good price.

But the problem starts when we starts living here.

We frequently get water problem in all the bathroom.

When we called the responsible person they just note down the problem but rarely come to sort it out.

Always giving excuses, that we have that work, we are buzy...this is not the right way to treat your customer.

So peoples be carefull before buying flat here.

We are facing problem every month.

Sometime there is no water.Ok..it happens, but atleast show us that you guys care about your customer. But they dont even come to see what problem we are facing even after complaining.

I wanted to buy a flat in Pune. At-last my search ended  when I went to Sonigara Kesar. But to my disappointment, the rates were  high . So, they showed me a sample flat  and asked to book the same at "Sonigara Aangan, Ravet". I booked the  flat and problems started pouring in.

1. 
   The people in the  Office at Thergaon are so un-professional, they do not maintain even  good records of what customers have paid. There was lot of discrepancies  in the actual payments and their records. Lots of time, I had to visit  the office to clarify.
   



2. 
   They did not update the contact address  even after 10 mails and 2-3 letters. Asked me to collect the demand  notice personally every time.

   Then I understood the difference  between Real/Reputed Brand and a brand owned by Jewellers who do not  even know the ethics of talking with the customers.
   



4. 
   Now coming to "Aaangan", all the 3 building are completed by only one engineer and all unskilled workers.
   

5.  Plumber is so bad that at the tine of possession we came to know that  most of the flats are leaking very very badly. Neither owner not  engineer nor any official solves problem in the real terms. They try to  find an immediate solution and rectify.

   The quality of construction is very-very poor.

   The worst part is finishing, Bathroom tiles fitting, doors etc. The broken tiles are fitted in Bathrooms/Toilets.

   The finishing touch shows you the real quality of builder, which is a typical village construction type.

   The builder has tried to save money in every respect.
   



5. 
   Most of all he is selling the flats in 3rd building for RS. 3200-3400 /Sq.Ft. which u will get anywhere near pune.
   

I  request all the customers/buyers to never book a flat with the builder  of "Sonigara Aangan". Sonigara Kesar is good and professional.

I will look for a month or two and will complaint to Municipal Commissioner and Consumer Court.
