There are many under-construction projects that lack a proper finish to the overall housing and by many it is considered as one of the basic most structural defects in the basic designing. This needs to be improved since many projects are better.

The developer of this building sold the terrace to a resident that lives in the building, which is obviously illegal! Because of which other members find it difficult to use the rooftop for their entertainment purposes!

There are many projects in pipeline that are not yet finished by the builder and there are also cases where the builder's plans are not clear and hence the message with the type of the plan, whether commercial/residential is not clear and hence it is difficult for the buyer to make a choice.

There are many builders who do not mention in their legal documents about the corpus fund that has been collected from few buyers as it was agreed rightfully in the agreement. When asked he says its not collected as a separate amount an this is not applicable.
