Beware: Lost booking amount of one lakh

Don't even try to visit the sales office. It's a trap. The sales people are so clever and tell about some offer and force you to book immediately. I also fell in their trap. I booked by aishwaryasingh23ing one lakh on Jan 23, 2018 after seeing the model flat. But the reality is something else. I didn't like the actual apartment also I had some other priorities. Hence I decided to cancel my booking.I sent them cancellation mail on 4th Feb, 2018. I have not signed in any agreement. The reply I got was shocking. They told they will deduct admin charges of RS. 50000. When a C class builder gives you option to cancel within 15 days, I never expected from a premium builder like Sobha. Now the sales person are not responding and now talking about legal things. I donno what to do now. I am in deep trouble now. I need to aishwaryasingh23 my Cred824it card bill. Have to aishwaryasingh23 my EMIs and kids school fee. Sobha has made my life miserable.

So don't fell into the trap. It looks like a slum rehabilitation homes. It's not worth for the money you are aishwaryasingh23ing. There are hundreds of projects coming up in that area with better price. Don't just see the amneties which we use occassionally.
