Road, Internet and Mobile Connection

Review On Sobha Dream Acres, Bangalore

Hi,

My few cents on the project

Pros:

1. Sobha Developed society with all the amenities, almost world class

   
   




2. Within the society, will be a great place to live

   
   

Cons:

1. Road connectivity very poor. The tunnel is a huge issue. I have seen jams extending for > 1 hour. It will only be worse

   
   




2. Airtel and Vodafone connectivity is bad

   
   




3. ACT, Airtel, Spectranet and BSNL fibre broadband none of them have feasibility here. There is one small provider which is a monopoly here. We all know what happens when businesses operate in a monopoly environment

   
   

Conclusion: At least 3 to 4 years for this place to be livable for buyers assuming tunnel will be widened(being optimistic) though I feel internet connectivity should be taken care of though not sure of mobile connectivity.
