False Commitments

I had got a flat last year and while booking the sales person gave commitment that within 8 months the flat will be handed over. It is now more than a year and there is no question of handover. Moreover the sales person does not even receive calls and throw an arrogant attitude.

They should change the tagline to delivering never on time.
