SOBHA APARTMENT TURNED INTO SLUM IN JULY RAIN.

My Apartment along with other apartment that is two in either side turned into a slum

This is the woe of owners at SOBHA DEWFLOWER J.P NAGAR

After all types of promises by one joker Balaji.N he never turned up to rectify or compensate for the loss.God bless the owners.

My complaint

The wooden flooring has to be replaced as it is soaked in water and due to the slow evaporation the bedroom has an odor and we are unable to use the same.

The planks of the bed have to be replaced.

The clothes in the suitcase kept in the storage space in the bed have been rendered unusable

The dishwasher motor needs replacement as it has been burnt due to water entering the motor.

Ref below mail, we have already organized for the material for the wooden flooring rework . As far as the scope of work from sobha is concerned, we will only be attending to the wooden flooring work. Mr. Albin will organize the work on or before next week.
