I myself worked in Sobha developers in Bangalore in my initial years of my career.The company has a family like environment and co workers are very friendly and the atmosphere is very good.Many kerala employees are there.I worked in their projects.They are professional in their approach towards customers and very customer friendly.Staffs are well behaved and treat others well.I really love this company.

Yes good for the employees. They loot from customers anyway charging twice the project cost!
Look at Silicon Oasis...They are charging 3.5L as transformer charge which no other builder do...at least to my knowledge

Hi This is Kannan. I have canceled my booking with Sobha dream acres project within 3 days of booking due to my financial situation. I sent cancelation mail and confirmation mail from sales team. But my cancelation is not officially not updated and I...am struggling for refund. The salesteam manger says the unit has to be sold off. Then only the cancelation process starts. Could you guide me how to proceed and officially cancel the booking get the refund. Thank you in advance. Read More
