Project is good from outside, but many quality issues are there inside the apartment and there is total lack of transparency which does not meet expectations from a so called reputed builder like SNN. Extremely poor customer service and when confront...ed with issues they go into a silent mode without giving any explanations ............ They will demonstrate extreme courtesy till such time you book the apartment and make your payments, but extremely bad behaviour thereafter.

I have registered my 3BHK apartment recently but would gladly get rid of it at the first opportunity where I can recover the costs of investment made.  Read More

Make sure you look inside the bonnet before you drive away ............. the quality of the door frames are extremely bad and I had to change it nearly three times before taking handover, there are design issues on the size and location of kitchen si...nk , its plumbing and countertop .... since you are not provided a kitchen with fitted countertop, you will never know the issues until you buy the flat and start the interiors. Poor wall quality, and bad location of kitchen chimney as well........ issues with available space in the false ceiling in toilets ...... and worst of all extremely rude behaviour if you ask questions and they are uncomfortable answering them.  Read More
