Very worst financial management, not able to give salaries to staff/security properly. Rutheless management and stone hearted people, troubling the staff regularly.

I Booked one flat and cancelled within 10 days of booking. Now no one respond to my calls even shyamraj from finance team who persistently used to call for money blocked my number.

It's been 1 year and I'm still struggling to get the refund. If you want to meet for refund they keeps you wait for hours and after that also they do not say who is responsible for refund.

Sales manager Manish says it's not his responsibility and ask head office. Head office says it's Manish'sales manager's responsibility.

All of them are liers and doesn't reply to mail, messages and phone calls.

I paid 500000 rupees as advance while booking apartment in SMR vinay iconia and cancelled due to covid expense occurred. waiting for refund of money since last 7 months. each time I meet them or call them, they just postpone the date and most of the time they dont respond. Sales manager Raghavendra is too bad person and he just ignore me like anything. No response from head office as well.

Not maintained.. Very disappointed.. Despite of many reminders the problem is not taken care off.. Care less management.. Whenever we do any complaints, the management doesn't resolves it immediately

I have bought a 3BHK flat in enchanted. however, the area is simply a disaster.

terribly small rooms and therefore the walls are fake, looks like POP walls which might break even by a small punch.

Please don't get trapped by this cheaters. Don't waste your cash on anything build by these developers. you may regret the choice for the remainder of your life.

There are no proper amenities and facilities in this place even though we were promised over the top things that they could not deliver. We paied a huge price for this place for the amenities and facilities and we did not get anything in return.

They are not trustworthy because they keep making some excuses to show us the approvals and licenses whenever we ask them about the approvals and licenses.

A lot of time has passed yet there seems to be no signs of this project taking off. Be aware of these builders and never buy a property with them.

They did not bother to keep us informed and updated about the progress in their work and now the project has been delayed by 4 years and they are not giving us the interest that they should for delayed possession.

When I saw such a huge name associated to the project, I did not think for a second and booked the house! Who knew I was making a mistake! There are so many leakage problems and the builders told us to take care of the pipeline and drainage system ourselves!

When it comes to building amenities and facilities, they have not given us what they promised they would and we were very disappointed because we expected so much more.

When we asked to be shown the documents they showed us all the documents except the one which proves that the land on which the building is to be constructed is non-agricultural, so we did feel like something is fishy here and did not go ahead with the booking!
