Won't suggest to anyone .worst after the sales has happen the owner will never pickup your call.documents will never be transferred in your name.building construction worst.cracks are already seem.I have even gone to his office.but that's also of no use .won't suggest to any buyer. We have b3n trying to reach him from last two week but Mr Murli is not taking my call.there was also a promise from his side to visit our apartment but till now no visit
