My experience with SLV Housing Development has been nothing short of exceptional, from the moment we set foot on the property to the finalization of our plot registration.

Mr.Ganesh, our first point of contact, guided us with an unwavering commitment to making our visit and selection process memorable. He was not just a sales representative; he felt more like a friend, eager to listen to our needs and preferences. He patiently answered our queries and walked us through various options, ensuring that we chose the perfect plot. To date, he encourages us to visit the plot often and develop a community around it.

Mr.Lingaraj's involvement in the registration process was equally commendable. With his attention to detail, he ensured that all the paperwork and legalities quickly.

This is fraud company. They are cheating customers by showing graphics. Inner is completely fraud. Constitution is completly cheap and cheating customers. Don't get trap into this fraud conpany

Am happy with SLV housing development, buying a property is the dream of every middle class family, these developers are genuine have a clean documents, special thanks to SLV Nagaraj sir, he understands the customer needs. Thanks to Lingaraj from sales team helped us till the registration. Very quick turnaround time in buying the property. Excellent &genuine company

Hi,

Got a good deal for reasonable value. They have many projects in south bengaluru. All are well maintained with proper docs. Their staffs are also good and kind with regular follow ups. And loan got approved without hassle. They have approved with many banks so no need to roam arround for loans. All thjeir plots are in well located place where metro is coming in near future. So its a very good deal with maximum return and minimum risk.

SLV Housing Development Corporation till date are only into land development and not into construction of Apartments. The negative comments posted does not pertain to us. There are other companies in the name of SLV.

Go ahead and experience worst by dealing with them. Even after you had paid them and purchased the flat you will made feel like on their mercy ... atleast I am feeling same even after nearly 2 years of purchase of flat and being residing there for more than a year now.

Very Unprofessional, Poor Quality Work, False Promises, Documentation not as per promised amenities/things mentioned on Brochure (they outright reject your claim saying its not in documentation), Nexus with land owners, make you feel pity on yourself.

Lot of deviation from plan, pending work even after 1.5 yrs, illogical connections, lot of problem with Sewage, Electricity wiring, Cable wiring, Intercom and what not. Kind of degraded work you cannot imagine being done by human.

Unreachable for pending work once builder gets the money. He tries to defer the work time & again and then finally says its more than a year nothing is pending.

If you need proof and want to see their work before you make your mind then visit one of their apartment SLV Platina in Horamavu village, see yourself about its work/promises/amenities.

S.L.V. Housing Development Corporation is expense more time in the market and developed many buildings. This company had sell many apartments. I want to buy a apartment then I went to there office for a good deal. They have many apartment designs and materials. I a like design and final for made. I also give a bank check and they said this apartment will ready in next year. I comeback after one year but apartment was not ready because worker is very less. They said to me that I need two month time for complete this project, but they was not any value of word so I disappointed and cancel my agreement with this company.

This company's employ is not more but very clever and all employ was try to convene for this deal. This company's designer is very fast for close deal and many time call for but projects and also give discount. This company's agreement is very lengthy and taken more time to read it. If you want to cancel agreement then you face many problems and taken more time.

I have purchased a site in Sri Sai Gardens, Sarjapur Road. The layout is well developed. The SLV Staffs are very kind and polite. They treat the customers very well and answers to all the calls without hesitation, whether it is a new customer or existing.

So far I did not face any difficulty or issues with them. They are genuine in the business and trustworthy. The office staff whom I have come over, Lingaraj, Ponnappa are very friendly. Followed up on every request end to end until we got the site registered. They are very much adjustable and understanding.

Last but not the least. The MD Nagaraj is a friendly person and listens to our request and has taken care of it when in need couple of times. Overall, my experience with them is Excellent.

Recently I visited to one my of relatives house. He has taken flat in apartment from SLV group, I had never listen name of this builder. This builder is generally into making small projects only.

But when I went inside the apartment, it was beyond my expectation, its very good actually. Very much ventilated, good parking space. good architecture. gym, swimming pool, club house. Lifts is from reputed company.

Kitchen Bathroom fittings are from Jaguar. All branded stuff this group had used. In Low budget its one of the best. People at management are very understanding and cooperating.

Guess this is one of the very rare cases with SLV. I have dealt with a lot of real estate developers in Bangalore and take my word the best & professional folks I have dealt with are SLV guys.

My BIL & I bought a property at SLV's Gokul Garden layout and it was a wonderful experience right from the first visit to their office. Specially to mention Mr. Ponnappa & Mr. Lingaraju have always been co-operative and supportive at all times. Never had any issues from the date of first payment to registration to physical handing over of the property. Our calls & emails have always been responded properly. We had met the MD only twice and rest was handled smoothly by their team.

I would recommend them as one of the best real estate developers in Bangalore today and I always recommend their properties to my friends.

I have purchased one site in SLV GOKUL GARDENS. The MD of the company Mr.H.Nagaraj is gem of a person. I have seen many developers and builders across Bangalore, but none to match him. My interaction started with the MD since the time of booking.

I had some financial constraints after booking the site and making the initial payment. I went to the office and explained to Mr.Nagaraj my difficulties and sought refund for the advance paid. Mr.Nagaraj gave me a patient hearing and sympathised with my situation.

He encouraged me and treated me like his younger brother and advised me not to cancel. He was kind enough in extending the payment schedule and co-operated with me. He was hell bent in me buying the property. Though one site would not make any difference for his status and stature, but it was his good heart and compassionate nature to ensure that I become the owner of the site.

As time flew I paid in small bits and pieces and the entire payment was cleared. Mr.Nagaraj himself accompanied me to the sub registrar office and completed all the legal formalities. Within a weeks time, I got all the documents.

He is a passionate man and this reflects in his behaviour and everything around him. The moment you enter the layout, you feel you are abroad and not in INDIA.

I am very sure, that if it were some other builder or developer, they would have fore-fitted the money and not bothered to make one understand the importance of land.

This was possible only because Mr.H.Nagaraj-MD is a man who started his life from scratch-at the grass root level.

He understands everyone and the situation the person is in.

I have recommended this company to my friends and relatives. About 5 sites have been sold to my friends.

I strongly recommend this company to one and all for purchasing the properties in their projects.

One of our friend has introduced us to SLV Housing Development Corporation around 12 years back and we have purchased a site in one of their prestigious projects.  The layout is so beautiful and hence we couldn't resist/defer the construction.

We moved in to our "Sweet Home" around 8 years back and living happily in their well planned project.  Many of my friends have purchased sites in different projects of SLV Housing Development Corporation and they are extremely happy with their decision.  SLV is learning from their experience and continuously improving the facilities from one project to another.

The USP of SLV is their commitment to deliver on all their promises.  Generally, SLV doesn't go with advertisements in print media and most of their sales happens through references and word of mouth.

I have been a customer of SLV for the last 13 years when we bought a plot in Pearl Garden( Site no.34)

Our latest acquisition has been in Srikrishna Garden(Site no.117) and in Lakshmi Garden(Site no.34)

The credibility of SLV is incredible and they are the only developers I have come across who fulfill  almost all that they promise

Their documentation  passes the scrutiny of any advocate worth his while.

The best part is that they understand the clients' problems and try their best to accomodate and find mutually acceptable solution.

Almost two dozen of my friends and relatives have been SLV's clients in different layouts and they are a happy lot.
