Skyline Builders, Kochi

My friend has an appartment at skyline imperial garden at kochi, its like something awsome, the infra structure and all. He owns a 3 bhk appartment and it is of 2300 sqr feet. He also has a balcony too that faces to the city. Iam saying all these becouse there price is very much affordable. They are providing this much facilities at an affordable price is a highlight of skyline.

A new project named THE LEGEND is coming at kaloor and the structire is almost finished. Once you see that structure iam sure that you peopla will love it. Its a premeum project with only 4 bedroom.

I am here to share my experience about Skyline Builders at Kochi.

My brother bought a Flat at Skyline Ivy League Columbia at Kakkanad on March 30, 2016.Yesterday I went there, and got amazed of the construction of them.They are very nicely constructed the building with a great architectural design that everyone loves.

There are seven blocks of apartments in 8.6 acre Green space.Its greatly a luxurious apartment with all amenities such as Swimming Pool, Kids Play area, Intercom, Guest Suites, etc.

I walk around the apartment, they kept the premises very clean too.The Floors are fully Marbles, i like the green design they used in Marbles, and Kitchen is of Granite's. The special design they used in Kitchen was awesome.

The Doors are fully first quality woods, but the white color in walls of hall was little irritating, so we changed it to light yellow. 24 Hours security service is also available and in my view Skyline is very affordable rather than any other apartments with this facility and also you get  cool air while opening windows.

I am strongly recommending you all to go through this, i am sure that you will like it.
