Less car parking space.

After bringing into account the enforcement of Maharajah into action and enabling the rules and regulatory as mentioned in the law, it should be made sure that along with transparency in transactions, the developers should reduce the necessary delays in the project in terms of final possession and hand-over.

There have been many builders who have not been quite active in been able to openly share the flat based on the carpet areas. They are rather quoiting the prices based on the carpet area and that is not acceptable as per the general norms.

Badly finished property.

Expensive flats

Post GST, it has been seen that the buyers have to deal with paying registration charges and stamp duty on properties. This has been further escalated with the buyers who are required to pay additionally 12% service charge and this on a whole accounts to a great heavy charge not suited for the consumers.
