Land getting costlier

Since the past few months, it has been seen that many of the under constructed projects are getting exorbitantly higher in their formation and construction since many of these are financed by the banks. The banked then charge these builders very high interest rates that is not suitable.

I had a bad experience with this company because they make you sign unfair deals at the time of possession and if you do nt agree, they make your life a living hell and demand 10% extra charges on the flat!

For many of the projects that are built on the tank buffer zone or the lakes or the storm water drain or anywhere near to the buffer zone are been seeing facing serious threats by the government and this is a fact that the buyer is completely unaware about.

Builder shows like he is doing some favour

There are many cases where the builder has been seen showing off as if he is doing a great deal in not charging any VAT or service taxes to the buyers which is not the case.

Not a good place

This place is not a central location for many of the popular services. Catering to malls and other provisional services is something this place lacks at. The place also lacks greenery. Other facilities then become distant to people living nearby.
