Worst Builder

Review On Siddhivinayak Developers, Pune

Though Siddhivinayak group is having their name amongst big builders in Pune/PCMC but their quality of construction and the way they execute any project is pathetic. Staff is not only super unprofessional but also don't know what to sell, how to sell, except pleasing their boss Mr Sakla. The worst part is that their projects never gets completed. They keep on launching new projects, keep on collecting money from buyers, use the money for another new launches and that's it.

At present, I can see their 3 major commercial projects("Vision 7", "Vision 9", "Vision Flora") in Pimple Saudagar area whereas their existing project "Vision Galleria" is still in incomplete stage since last almost 10 years. Even the similar situation of their other so called high profile project "Vision 1" at Bhumkar Chowk, which is in the same state since almost 2 years and the main reason is behind the curtains its incomplete.

The only thing they want is money for everything without giving anything from their side. They start charging for maintenance without even giving you possession or properly maintaining the property and even sometimes when the construction is going on. They are the most shaddy and worst builder I have come across so far.

Beware, if you are planning to deal with them. They may offer you little lesser rate than others in vicinity but then you will be gifted with headache for lifetime.!
