Summary
Illegally keeping customer's money

On 18 October 2019, I requested Siddha Sky Developer to refund my booking amount due to my father's accident as we would not be able to pay any further payment. Siddha Sky Agent straight up started ignoring my calls since then. After placing a formal request I got their mail on December 19, 2019, that they will refund my booking amount with GST deduction, to which I fairly agreed. Since then it has been more than 430 days or 1 year, 2 months, and I haven't heard back from the developer, support staff, or agent. I have tried reaching out to everyone via mail, WhatsApp, and call but I haven't heard anything about my own money. I will soon file a case against the developer in MahaRERA but I need help doing that. If anyone has faced the same issue with Siddha Sky, let's come together and file a case so they cant carry on their mal-practice.
Never fall prey to this crooked & vicious builder

  1. Not able to deliver flat by committed time. Nevertheless not willing to compensate.



  2. During booking of flat at site office both their person and their brokerage partner’s person would not disclose every necessary facts and this might lead to imposition of penalty on delayed payment for which customer is hardly liable. Payment schedule mentioned on booking form and on demand letter received after 15 days are different, leading to ambiguity and misguidance by the irresponsible broker person led to suffering penal interest for administrative delay in bank’s loan proceedings and they are reluctant to admit their fault.

Be careful before book a flat at Siddha .Book flat in March 2015 thay supposed to handovwr with gracw period Sept 2018 .In July 2019

Siddha Happy Ville not reday wit agreed gacilities and amenities but forcing us to take the handover with half done everything .Feel cheated to book a flat in Siddha

The builders made some more projects on the area which they promised us they would plant green trees and keep some open space and we have too many people living here and there is no peace and calm and fresh air like we envisioned and paid for.

The maintenance charges at this place is really high! We understand that we are getting amazing facilities but the nearby complexes also have the same facilities and they do not pay so much maintenance!

There have been many builders who have not been quite active in been able to openly share the flat based on the carpet areas. They are rather quoiting the prices based on the carpet area and that is not acceptable as per the general norms.

Since there are many projects which are constructed but their construction are not according to approved plans, they have been facing a delay in getting an occupancy certificate (OC). As a result, the buyer pretty much avoids to invest into such projects.
Small rooms

The layout could be better and could have been more spacious. The rooms size is small, could fit a bed and a wardrobe then there won't be more space left. The overall environment is great, space outside is enough for sports, running track, and other games at the club makes it good enough to spend time.

Fit out notice hasn't been published yet for Siddha Water Front. This project is running a way behind than the schedule. Please don't book any flat from Siddha Group. We are victim after booking flat from Siddha. No communication from Siddha group. Very very bad developer.

Worst builders possible. neglected delivery for years , irresponsible and arrogant. very bad services. housing project not delivered in 2 years after full payment. makes a big show of large scale builders but delivery is as poor local contractors.no shame leechers
Worst Builders..Never Buy..Non-Ethical Business

Worst experience. This group only knows how to suck money from customers in any means they can.

No Business ethics: They have demanded the entire sum of money without even showing the Flat I own.

95% has been paid but without paying in full they will not even allow to enter the Flat.

The construction is not yet complete and they say that their flats are fit for possession.

Their staffs words are all meaningless and they are unorganized. They are not connected and every time you have to explain your issues from scratch.

This is the worst group I have ever seen and I recommend no one buying from this group.

I wish I could give them 0 stars.

One of the best project by Siddha Group so far. It locates at 33A/1 Canal South Road near CIT more and RCC Institute of Information technology. With all Luxurious facilities and amenities Siddha Sky have a Unique experience with Sky Walk Garden at the top of the Towers. Very good Communication. Almost Every necessary things like Railway Station, Hospital, Airport, College is Near . You can experience the Views of Beautiful Kolkata especially The Night of Kolkata from the rooftop .

I want to inform to investor please if you really want to safe your money then just stay away from this builder, I have seen many investor who also losses their money by investing in property. They only invest money in promotion but they never satisfy clients needed.
