I am deeply unhappy with the way the progress on this project is happening. I had been making payments in time since 2014 and then the demands stopped in April 2018 after I paid majority of the amount. I kept following up to ask when is the next demand and by when will the apartment be ready in the Mayur Block and I contacted several people like Kapil Sharma, Shraya Patni and their DGM, Maneesh Agarwal. I understand there might be an impact due to Covid-19 but I don’t understand the logic of not providing any update when the customer is ready to pay and waiting for possession. If Maneesh or Kapil see this review, it would be great if they can contact me.

I booked a flat with SIDDHA AANGAN, JAIPUR. Due to some reasons their project for failed and they told me this after 2 years. Now I asked them to return my down payment amount. They are not returning my money and not even receiving my calls. It would be of great help if someone could help me in getting my money from them.

Guys beware of this builder(Siddha Aangan). We live out of country, we bought a Villa here and made all the payments as per their demand, when we came here to see the completed Villa and get possession, we found multiple issue with construction, they did not provide few things as they promised or showed in the sample flat. So, we approached their Dy General Manager Maneesh Agrawal and asked him to get it fixed but he doesn’t seem to take interest and said it can’t be done, he don’t want to go to site with us to see the issues. when we go on site every time we find a new person there and every time we have to show them same things still they don’t have the list of all the issue due to their lack of internal communications. Now Maneesh has stopped picking our phone calls and intentionally trying to delay the things as he knows we are here for few days only. Moreover, to these issues he has charged us maintenance cost since last year before taking possession, they are trying to reap the customers. Please don’t risk your hard earned money by investing in their projects.

Higher Floor Space Index makes the residential properties a little less expensive. However, since the recent times where in the FSI levels have been lowered, many residential prices have been increased in their budget and this has caused many to shift to slums.

There are many developers that promise a lot about upcoming development project an use this to lure the buyers to buy in their flats with deals such as the upcoming the grand temple, the fascinating ring road that is passing by, whereas in reality nothing hold absolutely true.

We were not shown the necessary documents that they needed to have since they plan on constructing a house and this made us very suspicious and we avoided buying a house with them.

The project is located on the crossing of some of the most important roads. This does not create a flexible option for many of the travel people since it creates general congestion on the main roads. Hence not many developers find worth in investing in the projects.

Fixing a property online may seem very hideous when the buyers credibility is the matter of consideration. Besides there are a number of infamous and unorganised portals that take away the authentic interest that a buyer has pertaining to enquiring about the flat prices online.
