Shyama Builders, Pune

This builder used to very popular but now he has degraded his own standards. We had given him the contract of renovation of our building almost seven years ago. But still the work haven't been completed. The way he implemented the project and the steps which he would take was not that good. If we suggest him anything then he don't listen to us. His charges of contract is too high. He had very less workers working at the sites. Also the builder don't visit at the sites and the workers used to do whatever they want. Also the workers don't come to work on small holidays as well. We had complained this things to thd manager. But he was ignoring us and later he began to shout at us that the money won't be refunded and he will leave the work in between. He was very rude. I suggest not to give any contract to this builder.
