Bengal shapoorji shukhobristi project owned by Shapoorji Pallonji is moving towards to make a biggest scam in real estate business. They have taken more then 90% money from more than 10000 home buyers. And they are not planning to handover flats anytime soon. People are waiting since years and they have stopped the construction work from past 2 years. All comman men's money is on stack. No body is responding on this situation. Hence i will suggest not to buy any single thing from any area owned by Shapoorji Pallonji.

"Caution and Alert

It's by far going to be the worst real estate crisis that's struck more then 1000's of home-buyers of Sukhobrishti, Shapoorji in Kolkata. Most Important is that all the buyers are either from middle class or economically backwards family.They have already paid 95% of their hard earned money as flat's price.Delivery deadlines got already over, but still Bengal Shapoorji Housing Pvt. Ltd. is giving false promises

It's a completely hopeless situation for all those who have invested their hardearned money for dream homes. People who have already invested thr life long hard earned has left with no choice but to commit suicide.Plz spread this message to your friends and family to help the victim.

Sukhobristi located in New Town Action area-III

But people know it by the name shapoorji housing complex. The complex is very big. It has around 20000 flats in all total. It consists pf 1 bhk, 2 bhk and 3 bhk flats. 1 bhk flats are within 10 lacs. 2 bhk will be around 25 lacs and 3 bhk will be around 40-45 lacs. Although there is a lottery system. In that system you just have to buy a form and fill up that. In lottery if your name comes out then you will get the flat in much lesser amount. Inside the complex the environment is very soothing. All the facilities are good but the only thing which I don't like is the flats are not much spacious enough. Otherwise everything is well and good.

Sukhobrishti- Shapoorji is one of the best and big apartment in Kolkata which is in 1000 acres area and very neat and clean apartments are there.

I came here from Jaipur and when I search flat for rent in Kolkata I saw that this city is very dirty everywhere and the price of flat 1BHK is near about 9000 and if we can talk about the flat then its really very very dirty and smelly society everywhere.

I am frustrated, then I heard from someone that in Kolkata there is Sukhobrishti- Shapoorji apartment and is very big in size.

I visited that place, I saw that one of the biggest apartment in Kolkata and very clean with a lot of free spaces there for jogging and walking.

I have taken a 2BHK flat in about 8000 Rs month in the year of 2016 but that time some transport issue was there like you will not find any auto & busses after 8 pm but now as I was spent here about more than 2 years I saw that transport issue is not a problem anymore.

In short.

Good place for leaving and breathing like fresh air is everywhere.

Clean and big space for jogging and walking.

Some restaurant is also opened in Sukhobrishti- Shapoorji apartment as well.

You will get flat about 10K 2bhk and 8k for 1 BHK

No transport issue now.

Lots of new corporates is coming near Sukhobrishti- Shapoorji apartments.

CAUTION ALERT: While Shapoorji Pallonji is going to build only 1000 thousand flats in phase 8 in New town, Kolkata, but they fooled public by placing frequent whole front page ads in leading newspapers and sold lakhs of application kits priced at Rs 800/- each( non refundable) . Not even 0.1% of applicants have been allotted the flats through their so called lottery by Shapoorji Pallonji . The rest 99.9% applicants have been defrauded of Rs 800/- each. Moreover they took deposit of Rs one lakh during application, which they refunded only after four months to the unsuccessful applicants, thus again defrauding the interest amount on Rs one lakh for four months. If Shapoorji Pallonji can build only one thousand flats, why they sold lakhs of application brochures at Rs 800 a piece, and took one lakh rupees from each of the akhs of applicant? Its high time that the govt acts stringently against such fraudulent and illegal business practices of this fraud builder company Shapoorji Pallonji, whose main business is not to build apartment buildings, but to make money by luring and cheating gullible public by their fraudulent lottery schemes held periodically under names such as So sukhobristi phase 8. I advice the public to be beware and avoid any such fraudulent schemes of this fraud builder Shapoorji Pallonji in future which they will start again under the name of "SP Sukhobrishti Phase 9 Maha Dhamaka limited time offer of flats at unbelievable low price". Sucker fraud company. Please circulate and share this review as widely as possible for alerting the public.

This complex is huge and the area is very big that one person need motor vehicle to reach the last point. Here you cannot find any gym, no swimming pool, no other such amenities. The sukhobristi appartments are very far from the rain, metro, bus service. You have to have a byke or personal motor vehicle to reach this place.the area is under devoloped. Even you can find only one atm machine nearest to the complex.and ine things to mention that the rate is too high for a middleclass person. So be aware.

It is a mass housing project initiated by  a big name in real estate, SHAPOORJI PALLONJI.

The facilities here are very good, they give 24 hour power backup facilities, and security guard, liftmen

There are different types of flats 1, 2 and 3 BHK flats

the price is also the lowest

All facilities are available inside the campus, there are park, general store and all facilities.

The site is located in new town kolkata.

You must buy a property in this.
