Many of the real estate projects that are constructed by the developer have been taking superiorly long time to complete. As a result, the final construction gets very costly especially when the land costs and the construction costs are financed from the bank.

There are many builders who simply try to lure the buyers by providing attractive deals and offers like the facility for modular kitchen that comes built-in in the houses. There are also builders that charge a tad extra on flats that lie in the premium segment and this needs to change.

Noisy area.

The place where the property is built is in a noisy area to such an extent that it becomes very difficult to sleep at night. The place has a lot of pollution as well.
