Beware of Green Ville Project in Bangalore!

Review On Shri Lakshmi Builders, Lucknow

This review is about Lakshmi Shree Groups Builder in Bangalore. As this option was not listed in product, I chose the Shri Lakshmi Builders - Lucknow option.

Mouth shut, pls correct if possible.

Say NO to Green ville Whitefield!

Pls dont buy any property from these builders. Specially in the new Green Ville project.They have already constructed 2 projects in Bangalore (Lakshmi Vijetha and Pearl Casa) near Kundalahalli and Munnekolala. It is of the worst quality. Even if you have booked, please take your money back with whatever cancellation charges. Your hard earned money will be saved!

For each n every project they tell this is the first project because no one should enquire! They don't have any knowledge about construction and whatever they commit will not be done @ the right time! Say for eg: For an apt which was completed in Dec 2012, parking is still not allotted till date! If you want, u can visit the apt near Lakshmi Narayana temple Munnekolala and see it for yourself regarding quality! Talk to any owner in the building and u will know their true colors!

Pls don't melt by seeing the amenities they offer. At the end they will cancel all amenities and will not return the money. Same way they have promised a GYM and is still not arrived till date. Apt was completed in Dec 2012. Also swimming pool which was promised never came up saying due to water problems. They instead out a water softner of a very low quality which was functional only for 3 months.

GUYS pls beware of Lakshmi Shree Groups. Lakshmi Shree Groups are horrible builders, developers and big time cheaters.
