Recently visited this building, builder made one extra floor illegal and rented family and bachelor, not for sale. garage is like outside road no flooring. saw children park, no quality. very pathetic. may be future problem for buyers. asking high rate for nothing.

Well planned, spacious and quite a decent looking apartments.

Ideal and convenient location is an added advantage. All the utility services available in the near vicinity making life more comfortable.

Down to earth, cooperative and helpful builder of integrity.

In fact, its value for your money. HSR tag adds further to its value.

I have purchased 2bhk flat in this project. Excellent build quality. Quiet neighborhood. Lot of open space left all around building as well as very wide xorridor. Very honest builder. Handed over the property on time as promised. I recommend this property to anyone without any second thought.

I have purchased a 2 bhk flat in this society and very much satisfied with the quality of the property. The design of the flat is very well planned and we get ample sunlight& ventilation is very good . My experience with the builder is overall very good and handed over the apartment in time as promised. I would recommend people can buy this property and peacefully live in the society.

I like the apartment architecture and building elevation. Small society of 40 apartments but spacious flats facing both east and west directions. Rooftop Gym and party hall, children's play area. Kids play all around in the corridors brings the sense of a joint family living. 2 Km from 27th Main of HSR Layout, this is best choice for people looking for house in and around HSR layout.

Quality of construction is top notch and the open space especially in corridors is wide enough compared to similar size properties in Bangalore. Children's play area and Gym is good. Locality is very good and 2 minutes from Somasandrapalya circle. This is the first project of the builder so it seems there is no compromise in quality of construction. As a small project there is no swimming pool. Best for people looking for living in a small society.

The builder promises a long list of things when you approach him to book the apartment, however when you get things finalized his commitments changes.

There are lot of hidden charges that is not made visible to the buyers, all of this comes in bits and pieces as you move on to finalize the deal.

The construction quality is in general good but wiring, tile work and finish are of poor quality. Parking lot is not well lit, no amenities.

While as much as I hate to write this review, I hope people make informed decisions based on this feedback.
