Worst Experience,Bad Management & Customer Service

Review On Shree Siddhi Group Of Companies, Ahmedabad

Hi, I am Brijesh from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I was shifted to Ahmadabad 2 years back and looking for my dream home.

In search of my new home, I came to Genesh Genesis Nr. BSNL Tower, Jagatpur-Chenpur Road, Off S. G. highway, Jagatpur, Ahmedabad. I was looking for a home which is near by S.G Highway and I felt this flats are on the right location as I need.

Genesh Genesis  project by Shree Siddhi Group of Companies.

I like the flats floor area and structure so I have decided to purchase and I heard that also  Shree Siddhi Group of Companies are the big developer in Gujarat.

So, I have decided to purchase it as everything looks fine.

On the date of purchase they assured me that they will get the BU and Provide all the amenities in 6 months as they were in under process.

After purchase I have shifted my family to Genesh Genesis. And here all the experience about this flats start.

› On flat possession they provide old sanitary fittings or re-used from other homes, unfinished floor, water leakage, bad electric wiring. They assured to provide best construction  and quality but its cheap.

› They never accomplish there commitment for any complain.

› Flat management staff always talk in rude language, specially Kaushal and the staff.

› I never seen sweepers or other maintenance team come regularly and changing frequently.

› There is no parking allocation or roof for car parking, even they took 1lakh in advance.

› No lift cleaning(very dirty, no lights and not working fans) or maintenance.

› They are doing internal politics for the few Money.

› No amenities expect garden(They told me on passion that we will have in 6 month, its been almost 1.5 year now)

› Where is BU? They promise me to provide in 6 months, A project is already 3-4 years old.

› Club house with health club (No equipment)

› Admin Office (Where is it?)

› Attractive main entrance gate with high end security with intercom facility (security with intercom Not Provided)

› Alloted parking (Not Provided)

› Event lawn

› Power backup for common area

› Indoor games (Not Provided)

› Children play area

› Library (Not Provided)

You can see most of the amenities are not provided yet and they fool everyone and cheat every new customer with all these features & their old story.

Important things is they have started using flat advance maintenance taken by members as builder told in meeting but questing is where they are using?

› No security team if fixed, everyday 2-3 security are on leave.

› No fixed sweepers and flats stairs and lifts are very bad.

› No lift maintenance on time, residential have to  ask 4-5 times to management team fix all issues.

› Lots of nuisance, they never restricted bachelors to provide home on rent.  Bachelors do liquor parties and throw bottles and tin on the society road or in the stairs and do open smoking.

I felt I made wrong decision by selecting Genesh Genesis as my dream home and trusted on   Shree Siddhi Group of Companies

After causing all these problems,  flat members did meetings with Builder(MD: Kalpesh Patel) also but still there is no solution and everything as it is.

A very unsatisfied customer, worst experience made me to write this on MouthShut.

Finally I have decided to share my personal opinion online for helping others, after readin this its will help others to choose Genesh Genesis  project by Shree Siddhi Group of Companies.
