The rental apartments and many of the PG flats that are available at this location is not considered prime since none of the facilities ranging from basic entertainment, food music, travel and commute are very far off and this increases the time and wastage of energy among many.
High maintenance fee.

It's good quality construction and this is one of few projects around jaipur which offers 1bhk accommodation.

Good quality material is used in it and all fittings are also best in class. It's security and vicinity to the jaipur is plus point but they need to develop good garden in it.
