I purchased a property from Sri Krishna Group called Sri Krishna's Residency in BTM 4th Stage. They assured me of power backup supplied by reputable DC brands like Mahindra or Tata. Despite more than three years passing since occupancy, we have yet to receive the promised power backup. I acquired the flat through Miss Uzma, the Sales Head of Sri Krishna Group, and the builder's name is Mr. Rambhupal Reddy, the owner of Sri Krishna Group.

Despite multiple attempts to contact Ram Reddy via phone calls, he has not responded. Occasionally, he assures that the issue will be resolved within a month, but this has never materialized. I am sharing my experience here to alert others.

If you are considering purchasing property from Ram Reddy, Uzma, or Sri Krishna Group, it is essential to ensure that you have received all the facilities as per the agreement before making the final payment. Otherwise, there is a risk that you may never receive them.

My sister stayed here for 4 to 5 yrs but she didn't give any positive approach about this.

She was complaining that many cockroaches here.

Even though our apartment is good, cockroaches used to enter from next door or a window, I mean next apartment.

Its a complete harassment, I had informed them that I wanted to come for site visit on 21st March, 2018 and I went as per their information provided, the information provided in Magic Bricks is JP nagar 8th phase, However the address given to me by Uzma Ambaar from Sri Krishna Group(7019476561) was 14, Jambusavari dinne rd, 8th phase, Gottigere, Bangalore 560083, then they asked me to follow the google map which took me to Gottigere Srinivas Hero motor, then the other person at(9513371502)

from the same group gave me another address saying I was provided with a wrong address by UZMA and the correct address is near RFLclub rd ext, Royal Lakefront Phase 3 North, 8th phase, JP nagar, bangalore 560062. but in none of the address their project were located, even after following the google road map they had provided. though I traveled so far on my own expense but I could not locate their projects in the address provided by them. They then very conveniently apologized saying "sorry for facing inconvenience from our end we can bear the charges of your expenses"

"Sorry for the Wrong address "

Is this how customers needs to be treated and I really don't think they are sure about their own project location. these builders should not misguide us with wrong address. I cannot believe, after booking they would give us the possession at the right and promised time. When they cannot explain their project location who would buy property from them on what trust.
