A builder with disciplined principles, thoughts and work ethics, who tries to put the customer first. Right from the time I inquired about the project in the initial days when I was still conceptualizing to buy an apartment of my own until now, when I got the deal, saw my home being built brick by brick, one thing that has remained is consistency in service.

The good nature of the sales team, the CEO, who found time to meet us, listen to us and provide customized solutions, the management team and everyone associated with the project has totally impressed us.They have always put us first.We had numerous questions, questions surrounding legality, Commencement certificates, quality, approvals etc, but everything was in black and white and clear and answered to our satisfaction.

The ease with which we got our loan approved was also facilitated by the builder.The have proved themselves masters in the business, and shown we can depend on them.They have transparency and honesty in paper works and fund dealing.

The next best thing is speed with which they initiated and now almost are to complete the project where I invested.It has taken me by surprise with which they could make it happen and we look forward to a quicker occupancy in the months to come.If I were to describe one employee who has totally impressed us and emphasized with us is Mr. Nagenrda A. from the sales team, a very pleasant person and sensitive to our needs.I wish there are more of his type in the team.
