The builder has not given possession of the flats of tara athena, wagholi kesnanad. The promised possession date mentioned in agreement is 2 years after the date of agreement signed. Our agreement was signed on 26th march 2015. But still no possession. The work in on hold at site. Our builder keeps giving us fake promises to handover possession. But seems no reality to it. It has got delayed by two years now, but yet there's no sight of communication or completion dates by the builder.

Some delay in possession but now see on track to get possession. Will see progress soon to get possession. But we see this project is totally neglected don't know the reason of delaying . We have paid full amount of flat.We got the possession finally thanks to Siva Tara for support and on track. Athena is very spacious and all amenities society in wahgoli. One day and time things will change with new hopes an dsunshine.
