Better options for PG rent

There are many other locations that are suited for good PG housing options than the current development options in this property area. The rates of the flats are rising on the go since the past three years and many bachelors don’t prefer this location for PG options.

Very few builders with commercial assets

There have been very few developers in the market that are been able to manage their commercial assets that account for all the liquidity of various kinds of commercial assets. This has caused the builders some hard time problems managing their assets and in turn get funded.

Nobody takes care if the amenities and facilities.
