Hello All,

I am writing this review for Shiv Shakti Group. When I bought the flat there were multiple things which was being promised and trust me all of those things were on papers on a SSG letter head with stamp and signature of SSG Group.

This project was handed over incomplete and Even RERA believed that the project has completed. We did our registry in 2018 with a promise of that Builder will complete all his pending works, however till date no work has been done.

Till now below things are pending

Electricity Connection(In present they are taking illegaly from JVVNL)

Passenger Lift is incomplete

Creth Area, Community Hall and Swimming Pool non functional

Cevage problems daily basis.

This builder has promised to multiple buyers about 3 different projects.

Shankara Residency

Shivraj Residency

Shivalika / Shiv Sarovar

At present Builder has not even completed 1 single project completely. And most of the owners are fighting their cases in the High Court Jaipur.

DO NOT MAKE ANY INVESTMENT into this builder. Think twice before investing.

Shiv shakti group is making money by fooling people on behalf of selling flats in there incomplete projects. The projects Have no progress at all. The one called Shivraj is incomplete from past few years They are just fooling people by showing sample flats. When you pay the money there will be no update and progress of the site. Neither they receive the calls nor they reply. They are just Money looters. Dumping people in endless loans and no home. So please don’t even think of buying property from them there promises are fake. They send there own taxi to customers to visit the site they will lure you by showing incomplete project once you handover money they will forget about everything.

This is most beautiful building .i think those people who live in this building, they have proud himself .in future when I got 20 years od age , I like to live in this hotel for whole life because this hotel is not many expansive and all works are done by we in this we cant go anywhere for some small works .i like this building and friends I hope you also like this biggest hotel

Dear Friends, today I am sharing my Views about Shiv Shakti Group - Jaipur. This group established in Year 2010. This is one of the leading group in Real estate division at jaipur. They are doing many projects like Shankara residency, Shivalik Umpire, Shivraj Residency . There projects situated at Omaxe, Ajmer Jaipur Road, Near Bad ke Balaji, jaipur.

Omaxe company has a Land of over 500 acres, & inside that land many builders are developing there projects, Shankara Residency, Shivraj Residency are the projects which one among them. They are developiung there project & selling.

But I don't like there construction quality, progress is slow, Now they are offering possessions but construction in progress since last 5 years. My Friend Rishi booked a flat there, we went to see that before 3 months, Tiles are broken at many places, Grout was not filled properly, Granite polish was not good. Cracks at many places.

We informed to there supportive staffs there, I agreed that the work will be completed, but the construction quality is poor, plastering never gets cured. seepage all around the flat.

I woul not recommend there flat quality
