Vasant Grandeur society members have illegally captured the entire podium parking even though it is shared between Clarion and Grandeur. They have deployed goons to not allow any Clarion residents into the parking of Grandeur. Its been 6 months since we are hearing that the builder will resolve this dispute but there has been no update.

Currently all clarion residents are parking on the ramp which is damaging the vehicles and is unsafe too. This has been a very bad experience with sheth and they do not seem to stand true to their logo ‘a bond of trust’. Disappointed and no peace of mind!

Vasant saagar complex at kandivali in Thakur village consisting 7 buildings and a huge colony built in 2001, I bought two adjescent flats as a jodi flats and amalgamate both into one but they didnt bother to pass it in BMC hence on someones complaint...I have to build wall again between two rooms and niw since last 6 years we have use both rooms seperately
I have made a written complaint ti them fkr their mistake but they bluntly denied to interevene and even didnt gave required NOC to put proposal in BMC for amalfamation
I fought back from last six years but all in vein

Are you a member of the society. I was planning to buy but after reading all the review, I am rethinking about my decision. If you can share more details it will be helpful to take decision.
