The staff is not trianed well and they do not answer basic questions about the property honestly, which I found very fishy and decided not to invest in the property.

From the many projects that have been nearly stuck in the pipeline due to lack of resources in the form of materials or human labour is now a major concern since the deadline is just kept delaying without witnessing the final downfall that the project has been facing.

Nothing has been made as per the original plan! The implementation is totally different! We paid money for what we were promised like green spaces and amenities and facilities but we did not get anything of that sort!
