Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, Kolkata

I brought a flat from shapoorji pallonji I.e sukhobristi, rajarhat. 100 percent amount paid. After almost one year over from the date of handing over, now they are asking to take it on "as is where is" basis. Recently I’ve visited my flat J/06/1401 and found the ceiling coming out. As per agreement no ac, modular kitchen provided. After my queries since last 4 months, no response from shapoorji. And now pressuring for handing over and no due certificate. They are practiced fraud hence be aware from shapoorji housing. If anybody wants I can show all my documents also. You will never get any support from anybody after selling the property. You will be treated like a football only.

In West Bengal they started housing project called Shukhobristri. Thousands of family have invested their earning to get a flat. Everybody have paid it upfront. Now they are not handing over the apartments. They are not even communication that its going to be late. They dont bother at all as they already have got the money.

Since the government has been actively involved in helping the mass to have houses which has been prevalent in the form of many of public occasions, still there haven't been any keen measures taken for the same.

There have been many instances where the developers have not been providing clear cut picture so as to enable the buyers to accurately scrutinize the different kinds of amenities before they head towards visiting the site for final clarification

There are many websites in the real estate domain that does not consider listing property prices adequately and there is sadly no system that takes care of the regulation of the same. This needs to change. This needs to be authorised.

Sharing the experience with shapoorji pallonji real easte, kolkata, my brother recently brought a flat its very good we compared with many builders and fially we got best area and best deal with them we took a 1 BHK flat which comes around 60 lakhs and the downpayment was just 10% repeat, and the best part we did not go for any loan where we saved a lot to pay the extra interest nowvwe started paying the instalment.The apartment that brahman is very good and also all the facilities provided with paying less cost. As of now l am very satisfied with the bulders also hope for the future and

also definitely l will suggedt others can try daily with shapoorji pallonji. Thank you

Shapoorji builders are well known for their architectural designs and big landmarks whole over the country.

Those who have been to the new town of Kolkata or have been staying there must know that the shapoorji builders are on a mission and to accomplish it they have deployed hundreds of their workers in action 24×7 to build the India's largest mass project.

Those unknown of the area I am talking here is the SP-Sukhobrishti situated at Action area III of Kolkata. People searching for flats to buy or rent can easily get 1bhk and 2bhk for reasonable price. The new town area is like a different world. Vusit once and experience something different you didnt imagine could happen in Kolkata as such.
