I have read the previous reviews and I completely agree with all of them. Their handover of flats & villas are so bad that most buyers are not even alive by the time the projects are ready. Very bad construction company which don’t even think of people who worked so hard to buy a house. Their Villas at Manikonda area took over 10 years to get near to completion and their villas at Kismatpur is going over from over 10 years already and nobody knows when it Will be completed. I have enquired to buy a flat in their Bodhivriksha project but when I saw the progress it is way behind the schedule and I am sure it’s going to take more then 15 years for this scumbag builder to complete it and on top of that I have also found out that there is a litigation on this project now which is even a bigger concern for people who have already purchased. They claimed that it’s a TATA project but as I’ve heard Tata have backed off this project due to this builders corrupt employees and wrong doings.

Please be aware and stay away from this horrible company. Both MD Narsaiah and Lingaiah does nothing to resolves issues and speed up the progress except sitting in an AC office and having a luxury life on the money of innocent victims. They will get it back soon for all this bad doings they’ve done.

Nice company which have done many projects with good location and good qualit. I am waiting for my home and hope they will complete it very soon.

Handover dates is an issue but their quality is good, they need to work more on customer statisfaction and quick handover of projects.

This builder is good and their projects are also good. They only thing they need to work on is fast completion of projects and make its customers happy.
