Worst builder

It was a worst builder. The project of building was given 8 years back and now it is not completed yet. The implementation of the project changes every year. This builder is not so experienced. The part which is completed is still week and half of the work is also not completed. Most of the people living in this flat are staying on rent and have paid more money for it. Even the connection are not made properly. Even the drinking water connection is not made. The developers are very slow in work. They are just not interested in work. Even the half of the amount is paid and nothing can be done. I just suggest to avoid giving contracts to this developer.
