Parks are very few in the vicinity leaving little to no room to cater to personal fitness and breathing activities. The children find it difficult to find time for outdoor playing and old find it difficult to casually stroll around when need be.

The Commercial Construction Loans interest rates have been on the constant surge and this has led to the builder to fear and to not been able to opt for a loan as it can be seen in the current scenario. This has also led to delay in the projects than opting for loans.
Hectic parking provision

There are many rules and regulations that need to be kept in mind with respect to parking in the areas that surround the main living residential area. The areas are small and creates a problem to fit in compact cars. This needs to be improved.

Compromise on amenities and facilities.

There are no proper amenities and facilities in this place even though we were promised over the top things that they could not deliver. We paied a huge price for this place for the amenities and facilities and we did not get anything in return.

Their implementation is very slow and the builder is hardly taking any interest in the project. At this rate it will be years before we get the property.

Even though it has been years since we booked a property with them, they have still not given us the possession of the land, so we would not recommend making a deal with them.

There is no progress on the project till now and I have to continously follow up for refund! I should have not taken such a huge decision so fast! I urge other people to not make the same mistake like me!
