Hi, sharing experience of SG Homes, Vasundhara sector 3. Build quality is very poor, building already has cracks, ceiling falling of, boundary wall collapsed & patches of cement fall every day. Its so bad that you cannot install wooden cabinets as walls have no cement and they cant hold it.

Dont buy from SG estates, cheap material, worst builder and construction quality is very poor

My experience with SG Estates has been very nice. The customer service they provide is extremely great. Even at the time of booking a property, the documentation was very feasible. One of it’s projects in Rajnagar Extension is amazing where I live. The connectivity is seamless!

I had visited one of SG projects SG Grand to book a flat. The service which was given by the company was amazing. I loved the way staff was treated my family. The staff was very cooperative. Explained the documentation process smoothly and all my questions were answered satisfactorily. SG Estates is surely a great company.

The builder is trustworthy and is from 30 years in the market. He is not fraud and doesn't take any shoddy deals. He is good with the channel partners and the customers.

Few days back I visited SG Estates office as I had some documentation work for my home. I booked a flat at Rajnagar Extension. I am pleased to buy a new home and be associated with SG Estates. It has a good office and the process also was smoothly done. I was contacted very well by the CRM people of the office and was timely giving the details for my flat and helped me for bank work too. I can proudly say I am happy to be a part of SG Estates.

Recently, I booked a flat with one of SG Estates project, in Rajnagar Extension. The quality of construction is very well. I appreciate how the builder has constructed the property. The gated community has well equipped facilities & amenities along with 247 security. We all have a good bonding at our society and feel delighted to be here at the best project.

This is one the worst builders. Build quality is absolutely poor. Older projects building are collapsing and are in shambles. Material used in very poor.

Only good part is architecture and project planning

Happily living in SG ESTATES LTD GROUP for more than a year now, my apartment is nicely done and I can say I invested right when I choose to buy in SG Homes.

The Customer service is very Good and the staff will talk to you very good manners and the Builder always talks to the Buyers and explains the real status of the projects. I will definitely recommend every one to buy this project. Few small issues but manageable.

Last year purchased a flat in SG Homes Vasundhara, staying there with my family, initially there was a little delay in Possession, but later it was fine, and it's been a year now, the experience was really great, build quality also justifies, sometimes if we found any maintenance issues, then maintenance department is always giving prompt response.

So overall experience is really great, and it's recommended to my friends and family.

Saw a lot of reviews today about the company. SG ETSTAES is a decent company. We have purchased a house couple of years ago and it has been given Poseidon to us. The company has good quality and are quite professional. We had no hassles while buying the house.

Hello guys today I am here to tell u about SG builders.A year ago my father bought a 2 bhk flat in sg impressions in delhi ncr. At that time it is newly constructed but after 6 months of staying there we found that this flat is not worthy because we pay 30 lakhs for that. after 6 months of staying we face so many problems like pipe breakage, ceiling in roofs, the quality of cement is very bad, the gates are too weak, they used all waste items in that building and no facilities in that building.so if you are buying in sg so dont go for it go for other builders like ajnara any many more

I am the owner of a flat in this society SG impression 58 Raj Nagar Extension.

The builder quality is pretty average and it was not even completed fully.

Pool given by builder is not operational and it leaks when it was operational for some time.

Even the maintenance has so many concerns.

They charge a lot and quality is so very below average. Even the main floor of the society has so many pot holes. This has very un-even path. Electricity has so much voltage flickers.

Back up is too costly as well.

If you are planing to buy any flat of SG. Please do not buy.
