Time to share my happiness with every one here . Trust me online reviews n all.. they don't really matter . Best way to choose your Builder is Go & meet them your self. thats what I did. I went to the office of SG estates  in Alpha Tower Vasundra sector-9 & met them personally . every 1 promise to deliver good , but they said just one thing . we don't over promise & under deliver . Well, on having various surveys to many builders sales offices I never got such a bold answers , neither there sales team is after your as to force you buy house with them.

& FINALLY  THE Main review . I bought a house in Vasundhra, Sector 4B, Ghaziabad, near Mewar Law College. & trust  I don't care what people say. I got what I have dreamed all life & that too in promised manner. Kudos Guys U rock.
