My association with SFS has been for the past 2 decades when it was called Blue Ford developers and I can say I bought 3 flats from them over the past few years . Starting from Glendale Manor, Pattom square to Palace court kawadiar of which I am retaining only 1. Customer friendly , prompt delivery , superb after sales management and keeping up to what they promise are a few features which distincts them from the rest . The locations are all great and each room has good lighting with cool breeze and beautiful nature greets you . A special word of appreciation to their staff who are always eager to sort out our teething troubles in the beginning . I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to invest in a flat

Its a real dream home I ever seen. Its interior is too amazing. The rooms are too spacious and we can live free there. In SFS, the custumer service is too good.Their service is better than other flat services.The staff courtesy was excellent and their activities were so fast.Their implimentation were very good.So I offers you all to buy this dream home.

SFS is many building created in trivandram. Now I am staying in near technopark.

That area many building created in SFS.

Infosys and ust global near many building there.

Almost trivamdram city side many building there.

One of the good service.

One more think many building are flats only.

Many family buying the flat in SFS.

Many years ago , around 2000, we had to suddenly sell our old house due to some financial problems. We got a buyer also who came ready with the money.

AT that time my old grandmother who was 82 years old was very reluctant to move out of the old house. Getting a new place was very difficult. We searched many places to buy.

But it was nearly impossible to get a good place right in heart of the city, within a short span of time. Atlast we came across a few flats promoted by SFS builders, they were very cordial and promised to deliver our flat in around 3 months time.

True to their word , they fulfilled their commitment and delivered the flat within 2 months. The construction was good and the price too was reasonable, Since the lift went till the basement floor it was easy for old people to get into the lift which was near to the underground parking. Anyway we could shift our house without much difficulty and even today the after sales of the company is also very good.

I took many months of background work and study to decide on SFS Homes. Most people gave very good opinion of SFS Homes. Their track record has been steady through the years and so I felt my investment was safe.

I do not regret my decision. From beginning to end their dealings were transparent and good.

I have noticed that sfshomes takes special care in choosing the locations for their apartments and also in designing aesthetic, comfortable, spacious, safe and functional homes with good ventilation and lighting.

I am also impressed by the selection and quality of building materials and fittings used.

I assure you that I would recommend sfs builders to all my friends and relatives who wish to have a hassle free well designed home in choicest locations.

I am a flat owner of SFS flat in Kochi. Paid a premium to buy the apartment. However found various issues after taking possession like leakage, wall leaking, pealing paint, finishing issues.

Worst is even after taking up with authorities no resolution at all. Please be careful and check all whether analysis before taking delivery of the flat.

First Review on this builder although they have been around for more than 25 years in Kerala. They are an off shoot from Skyline builders after some of the partners delinked to promote SFS.

SInce most of the reviews in MS on buillders are on the negative side, any postive review appears to me to be prejudged in MS as a proxy one wrtten by the promoters itself. Be rest asured that this is not the case here.

One of my close relatives have purchased a flat in their Aqua Greens project in Alwaye. I was involved in the decision process closely from the beginning. Intention has always been for residing and not for investment

.Promised delivery date was over run by around 15 months. But then the two immediate neighbouring competing projects(Trichur Builders and Anvita) also had similar delays so I guess it was par for the course. The project has 2 buildings with around 150 flats but the space inside the complex is more than average compared to other projects . And with 80% of the flats in any Kerala project being bought up by NRIs hopefully the pressure on common amenties will not be much except during the school holidays in the gulf as rental occupancies  are unlikely to be high due to the Aluva location.

These guys(SFS)  depend on repeat customers and now I can understand why they dont advertise heavily. The project basically sells for itself.

Early days yet;let us see how it procees from here.

The location of the project is very good if you are NOT working in Koch i. THe project is 1 km  from the highway(NH 47)  but yet away from the hustle and bustle and getting to the airport is a breeze. If you are working in Kochi, this is of course not an ideal choice by any means since the traffc on the Aluva Ernakulam route has become a nightmare.
