Review On Sethi Group Builders and Developers, Delhi

This builder is not responsive once you pay for the possession.

I am an owner of flat in Sethi Max Royal, Sector 76, Noida. An I feel it was worst decision of my life buying flat from Sethi Group.

The only positive thing is "We have got possession of flat." Without registry though. I got my possession back 5years without registry. Builder has not made payment to authority, so registry is not done. And because 100% payment is already received by builder, he is least bothered about it.

On constant follow ups, there is one answer from them will get it done soon and then there is no response for months.

Would like to have concern person contact or will raise this issue further.
