Seac city project is a failed project and not even registered in RERA. CMD Me A K Dubey is a fraud man and always gives u false hopes. They had taken money from investors and now selling their plots at their own price. There is no hope of development and appreciation. So I suggest not to take plots and do not any money . Now they are involved in some other govt schemes for poor giving them shelters for their home. That is how they r earning for bread and butter.
SEAC Builder (Kuber Heights) is fraud

Don't buy any property under SEAC ltd or under its subsidiary companies such as Kuber Heights. As they promise certain things and don't even deliver. Their properties in Indore illegal and not registered under RERA. My money is blocked with them and I am legally fighting since 2018.
