Seac city project is a failed project and not even registered in RERA. CMD Me A K Dubey is a fraud man and always gives u false hopes. They had taken money from investors and now selling their plots at their own price. There is no hope of development and appreciation. So I suggest not to take plots and do not any money . Now they are involved in some other govt schemes for poor giving them shelters for their home. That is how they r earning for bread and butter.
