I moved in at March end. And till today have been facing problems each week with plumber work/ electricity work/ Carpentry/ Paint/ leakages etc. Consider below points before you come to decision of buying it...

Poor plumbing work . Kitchen stand quality and facing is such that it holds on water in corner. -- When maintenance guy came, he suggested not to put much water on stand!

Gap in sink and stand, platform and side walls as a result water goes below the platform all around

Door locks gets jammed. And in bathroom it’s auto lock if locked from inside there is no way to open it from outside. If with children then it’s a big issue we faced. It got locked couple of times and we had to call carpenter. -- When contacted sales office/ maintenance they told you should not lock it from inside even by mistake!

Wooden flooring after this first monsoon, moves when we walk in master bedroom.

All walls are having cracks just in 3 months...So you imagine what would be after 1 year.

No intercom facility, so anyone comes directly at home without any intermission which is big security risk.

Piped gas by dolphin is a must pay even if you have your own cylinder and 22k is not refundable. And they charge you very high...Just ask any household there...

List would go ON and ON You can contact me if you want to see the condition for yourself before buying as this is a big decision for many... Or contact persons who are already living there..

Multiple maintenance problem in H & M building. Good society and location. But one has to consider maintenance problem before you decide ? Security is big concern which needs to be addressed. After sales service is poor.

Request you to check with locals already living there first. Go and check plumbing/carpentry work by yourself....
