Satgurus Enterprises Private Limited, Mumbai

Well I have some vad experience about this comstruction bulider.

Actually I had to search for flat in delhi.I contacted some other bulider and it was fine.

What happened in mumbai, When I shifted to mumbai .I saw a add of satgrus enterprises private limited.So I thought they will helpe for this.

Contacted them not responded.Finally when they responded.They called me to offfice.

WHEN I Reached.They did not had the big staff and not such a big builder They dont had buses or and vehicular tarnsport just a one small vehicle.

Even they were not capable too.It will take time for them to build.Not fully construtced yet.

Try some other as compared to this.

I wanted to book a flat in Panvel area as it is one of the most booming areas around mumbai and is a great investment prospective. I saw the banner of Satguru enterprises just outside Panvel station on east. I called up them and went to their office on weekend.

They do not have much trained and polished sales people. They did not have much information about the project and were blank about the areas and dimensions of the flats as well as did not have good idea about the loading factor.

They had an Omni van for site visit which was quite far from Panvel station unlike what was mentioned in banner. The overall experience was not good and the rooms were also very congested.
