Sashank Constructions, Bangalore

Please be careful while buying any house/flat with Sashank construction. I have not met the builder face to face, but from the sales person till all the financial matter handling people will try to lure you and will not tell you the truth behind constructions.

Even the property tax they are not paying and just giving excuses to escape. It's the way they want to make money.

Not sure if the builder has given the money to pay property tax, but the middle person(Girish) is trying to eat this money.
