Invested 2 instalments in the SAS infra iTower in Nanakramguda in January 2023 ... Have been waiting since then to get some documents relates to the deal . only consolation ...payments have been acknowledged but agreement of sale etc etc . everytime they send a legally faulty documents . not sure if it is a ploy to tire the incremental investors out but use their money as long as they can . dont be lured by EMBASSY name ...they are not in the equation any more .

Hello Sir, I was contacted by them asking for the investment. they say they provide 60/- per sft rent from day 1 of investment. Is that true? Could you please elaborate challenges you faced? Thanks
