I am a resident in sare homes, one advice if you are really looking to invest your lakhs of ruppes then, look for better option even if you get 100 or 200 sqft lesss space. the society have power issues, maintainance issues, prepaid electricity metres are worse, the clubhouse the pool everything is broken, the construction quality is pathetic, also be aware of the brokers who will be saying 60 lakhs 70 lakhs. this is an overprized society. the flats are so pathetic than normal bathrooms have drainage problems and you can see that by looking at the building and seepages in the wall.the society is run by RWA members who r none other than property dealers. I will say shitty society and a waste of investment. Gym is pathetic does not have enough weights. the RWA is not resident friendly and tries to surpass everything on residents. No proper gate, no diesel backup, no maintenance done even when residents pay hefty charges. society guards behave like goons. Always ask the residents talk tomultiple residents, do not go by the word of the broker who is dealing with you even if he is a saint. It is an overprized society, just add 10 lakh for every room you are buying add 10 lakh for drawing room and 5 lakh for kitchen that is the actual cost of flats here. rest you can pay whatever you want to pay.

Since the past few months now, it has been seen that many of the investors have chosen to be keen at not investing in real estate sectors as they see no real profits on investment in the real estate as compared to the purchase value.

They have made the building with such bad quality material that there are cracks in the ceiling and leakages everywhere and this is casuing us a lot of issues.

There are cracks in the wall and the ceiling and the fittings of the taps have not been done properly. There is so much leakage as well. We had to spend money to get all of this fixed after spending so much money on the house already.

So as to reduce the time that goes behind the tediously infuriating process of purchasing the rental property, many local real estate agents who are paid by the developers. And in doing that the buyers can not only save time and cost but also contact proper people of contact who can get the work done.

We still have not got the possession of the place! We do understand that sometimes there is delay because of unforseen circumstances, but it has been 4 years! So much delay is just unacceptable!

Transportation is a huge problem here because this property is built in a remote area.

There was a possession delay yet they never paid us the interest that we should legally get. We had no energy to fight because there were got the land after so long.

Hi Guys Today I want to Share my own Experience on Sare Homes which is available in Sector 92 Gurgaon.

As im also living in the society which is Made by sare homes and I would say the flats and the basement are really in a very very bad shape and The Lifts are also in very bad shape.

The society is taking 4200 Mentainence Charges per month and really giving a very Bad Experience.

All the basements are broken and Cements are just pucked of the pillars and never got mentained.

While been in the lift makes a lots of noises of screws and in a bad shape and also been in the mentianence most of the time.

The Clubhouse is a liitle bit of good made and the swimming pool is also Ok but no safety instructor in the gym if something happens while doing the excersies any thing can happen then who will be responsible for all of that.

This was all about my review on sare homes and I would, nt recommend you to buy any flats or apartment from these kinds of builders.
