Not good quality. Damage started within 2 years

Review On Sapthagiri Developers, Bangalore

I had bought a flat in their Sapthagiri Splendor project. Within 2 years of hand over, the tiles in the apartment started coming loose. The builder, when contacted, refused to even look at the issue saying that his responsibility is only till 1 year after hand over. Later on came to know that this issue is faced by many flats in the building. So definitely a bad job by the builder during construction.

Usually, grade 1 builders honor their quality by looking at any structural issues even after 7-8 years. So it was disappointing to see lack of any support from Sapthagiri Developer. Better to look for some other builder which cares more about quality; these guys definitely do not.
