I have been cheated by Rs70000(
seventy thousand) by the director
Mr Bhxxxx Bxxxxx of Sankul consultancy (1/5482, street no 16, balbir nagar extn, shahdara, delhi-110032, Mobile: 8800584445, 9910880033, email: sankul.group@gmail.com).Recently i was looking for a property in Noida. I came in contact with This guy (Mr Bhxxxx) through usually property related phone calls. This guy was earlier working as GM-Sales at
Value Max (located in noida sector-4)and approached me for some property. He showed me property as per my budget at Hyde Park project in sector 78 noida.
After finalizing a property , he arranged a meeting with seller (
Mr Shiva) along with his assistant
Rohit. We finalized the deal after a meeting at GIP noida. Immediate after meeting this guy asked for commission amount Rs 25000. As the deal was started, so i paid Rs25000.
1 week later i came to know that the Mr Shiva , who came for the meeting is not the original owner of the flat. Till then he was not shared any property papers and was delaying with some lame excuses. after 2 weeks he said that the Mr Shiva was not the original owner and the original owner is
Nikhil Bharadwaj.After 2 weeks of delay he planned a meeting with
Nikhil Bharadwaj at sector 18. After all the past discussion we all agreed with the deal. By this day he has collected Rs 70000 from me, sometimes in the name of his wife ilness , some urgent money requirement etc.
Just after4 days of the meeting, Bhxxxx called me and said me that
Deal is cancelled . I was shocked to know what went wrong. As far as last meeting was concerned , it was very very positive.
When i asked return of money , Bhxxxx says that , its consulting fees and can not be returned. I was again shocked to know that this guy is simply cheating out of nowhere.I told him to deduct money as he his expenses and return remaining. He is simply not intereted in my words.

BIG FRAUD NAMED BHXXXX BXXXXX OF SANKUL CONSULTINGwhile dealing Bhxxxx, he will be sweet talking , just like your younger brother. But in realilty he is a big fraud
