Product Implementation Rate:

My parents booked a flat in Ganapatee Niwas, Sankardev Real Estate and Developer Pvt. Ltd.( SRD) in the year 2014 during the piling stage of the aforesaid project. As per the agreement, the possession of the flat was after 3 years from the year of piling. But unfortunately, SRD builder could not give the possession even after 7 years after completion of all installments and work of the project is still under going. Hence, it can be concluded that they are not trustworthy at all and can not keep their written words as per the agreement. However, before booking they assured many things and spoke in favour of the client's need. But , it is only after booking, we got to see the real nature of the builder and they have failed in many commitments which was done on paper as well as verbally. We, like a middle class family are not being able to proceed legally due to lack of time and money.

So , from my personal experience, I would not like to recommend anyone to purchase flats in SRD and waste your hard earned money as I myself regret purchasing a flat from SRD Pvt ltd, which is still not completed and many such amenities which is included in their brochure are pending. Moreover, we have already paid for electricity connection which is included in the total amount, but later on they have again charged Rs. 1400 from everyone ( Rs. 1000 for meter connection + Rs. 400 extra paid to the representative of SRD group for their transportation). When the electricity amount is already included in our agreement amount, then why do we need to pay extra money and if refused to pay, they will not give us the meter connection, which is not fair and justifiable at all. I hope everyone becomes aware and alert from my experience with SRD group.
