Disappointing, avoid, not up to mark.

Very disappointing experience.sandhya associate was the architect for my home both for structural and interior works. initially i felt she was ok, but she turned very arrogant after i refused to give contracts to her nominee for much higher amount and refused to buy materials as per her dictate.she misbehaved with contractors and workers very badly.she has no culture, professional ethics or morale.she took her anger on me by making me wait for each and every drawings.also she purposefully skip pre scheduled site visits, which resulted in financial loss to me, as i had to pay for workers with out doing any work.But i was able to take bold decision, I terminated her service even though it ended up paying disproportionate amount to her with regard to work she did.above and all she made many very basic mistakes , a professional can never do.so my advice to those who approch her is NEVER CARRIED AWAY BY COOKED UP REVIEWS .VISIT MY HOUSE.EYE WITNESS. my house name is dyuvani. search it on web.u get details.contact me.and visit and see.
